Why use Nationally Recognised Training instead of In-House Training??
People have often asked why they should use Nationally Recognised training rather then in-house training. Here are just a few of the reasons why Nationally Recognised Training has much to offer enterprises.

Cost effectiveness.
To create, supply and keep up-to-date material, as well as trainer organisation is costly and time consuming. By allowing an RTO to organise and prepare all the equipment and material and ensure all staff’s training is up-to-date takes a lot of stress off a company and for many cases is less expensive.

There are numerous occasions in which courses are available to access funding from either State or Federal Government to help cover training costs.

A structured approach to training and to career progression.
Receiving Training from an RTO gives an opportunity to integrate training with normal work and to customise training packages to enterprise needs. By giving employees the option to compete Nationally Recognised Training bestows the ability to reward and motivate staff and validate their working experience. It establishes confidence in the quality of work undertaken and the ability to demonstrate this to external parties. It also accomplishes a competitive edge in attracting and retaining staff.
Guaranteed to meet National Standards which covers company liability and ‘duty of care’ responsibilities.
If the unthinkable ever happened and a staff member was injured or killed then: When/if they are facing a prosecution the fact they had nationally recognised training holds a lot more weight in their defence than if they did some form of internal training.
